Tropical Foraging Area XXL

Tropical Foraging Area XXL: the largest humid terrarium in the range

Designed for large colonies and ambitious naturalistic setups, the Tropical Foraging Area XXL works as a terrarium where ants can live, explore, and feed without needing a separate ant nest module.

Its 44 × 22 cm floor area lets you combine substrate zones, cork logs, and small terrarium plants without restricting the colony's movement. The internal reservoir of 480 ml distributes humidity progressively into the substrate and maintains a stable tropical environment across the whole surface.

It includes coco fiber or peat substrate and the natural cork decoration you choose: log, slab or slab + log. It features 12 connection ports compatible with the Terra range, ideal for horizontal expansions or setups with several ant nests.

Made from matte PLA and highly transparent acrylic, it combines strength, excellent visibility, and easy access for maintenance thanks to its two independent lids.
